Went for dinner with a party of 7. ordered orange chix, cold ginger chix, black bean shrimp, egg fuyoung, fried rice, sliced beef with twin mushroom, crispy gaugee, and chix chow mein. We got our food pretty fast and everything was very yummy. The black bean shrimp (my choice) was more onions and bell peppers than shrimp, but it was still tasty. i usually get the lobster w/black bean. (really good) The service was really good as always and it was almost a full house of customers, but i saw everyone get their food super fast. If you're looking for a fast and tasty chinese food fix, head to this restaurant hiding under bank of hawaii in the pearl city shopping center!

DO NOT EAT HERE! The place smelled really bad so that should have been a clue to not to eat here, but we tried it anyway. I got the dinner plate. The fried rice was mushy and the pork in it tasted rotten. I should have stopped there but I was starving! They have this pork that they dyed red and it tasted okay, but it wasn't! My husband and son both tried it but my daughter refused. She is the only one who DID NOT get sick. STAY AWAY from this place and you won't waste your money or run the risk of getting food poisoning!

5 stars for the steamed fish with black bean sauce - hands down the best steamed fish I've ever had in a Chinese restaurant. The black bean sauce is so good with lots of chopped up onions and bell peppers, and yet not completely overpowering since you can definitely taste the steamed fish underneath. They are also known for big, fat fried gau gee. Very good but only order what you can eat because you can't get the same crispy texture at home when you re-heat leftovers. The lemon chicken is also very good, but lots of Chinese restaurants have very good lemon chicken so that isn't special like the gau gee and the steamed fish with black bean sauce.
